How does EFT (TFT, QT) Tapping work?
Meridian tapping works by gently tapping or touching specific energy meridian points on the body in a specific sequence while initially thinking of an emotion or energy field you want to release or self-heal. This tapping gently releases stuck energy in the body leaving a feeling of calm around the issue or emotion after tapping. Energy tapping has been shown to be beneficial in easing stress and anxiety through heart rate variability testing even at a distance.
Tapping is based on Chinese medicine and can be highly beneficial as a stand alone or as a support to other methods for physical and emotional upset. Tapping can be used with other natural remedies or western medicine and has been found to have no negative side effects.

How can tapping help me?
Tapping helps restore the body's energy balance for self-healing to take place. Meridian tapping has been found very useful to release negative emotions such as anger, sadness, grief, shame and other emotions and even helps release past trauma from the mind & body leaving a more peaceful feeling over all. Tapping is used effectively all over the world by professionals such as therapists, doctors and nurses, clergymen, moms and dads, teachers, laypeople and more. Tapping has also been used around the world during traumatic events such as after natural disasters for survivors and those who experience trauma.

Who can use tapping?
Children and adults can use tapping. Caretakers and parents can use meridian tapping as a surrogate for their young children until they are old enough to learn tapping.
